They are in the business of online games as well as console and handheld entertainment software. The Flash Illustrator is responible for conjuring up fantastic, inspired artistic content each week.

Responsibilities: Using Adobe Flash (primarily) to create content, either for the companies virtual world.
Participate in Flash tutorials, sketching, animation, practice, etc. Participate in meetings and collaborative discussions to plan future additions to the virtual world.

Qualifications: Formal art education diploma.
2-5 years experience creating vector illustrations/animations in Flash.  Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Skills and Abilities: Illustration, graphic art, and hand drawing.
Animation an asset.
Understanding of ActionScript an asset.
Good knowledge of colour. Must be creative and able to think “outside the box”.
Accepting and receptive to constructive criticism.
Able to adhere to tight deadlines and follow guidelines.
Artistically improvisational

ray of light disingkat ROL. biasanya terjadi pada saat pagi hari disaat matahari terbit dan cuaca berkabut. kemaren di carita baru dapet ROLnya hehehe… dapetnya gw rada hoki soalnya sekali coba bs langsung dapet. tp gw penasaran apa ada teknik2 khusus buat nangkap ROL di internet tp ternyata ga ada (adanya teknik bikin ROL artifisial pake photoshop). dari pengalaman pribadi gw bs menyimpulkan cara buat dptin ROL adalah:

1. ROL terjadi krn adanya partikel2 padat di udara yang terkena cahaya matahari. bisa krn kabut atau asap. jadi perlu survei jg lokasi apakah mendukung terjadinya ROL.

2. ROL lbh terlihat pada saat menjelang pagi, pagi, sore, menjelang malam atau klo indoor ruangan yg berdebu.

3. klo bs underexposure atau 0 exposure di bagian sekeliling ROL (objek2 yg lbh gelap)

4. luck

The reason i post this because it’s the thing that goes in my mind for almost a month. belakangan ini gw bete banget soalnya gua ga bisa ujian shodan yg dimana alasannya ga jelas dan buat gua adalah momen yg spesial banget krn gua udah persiapin segalanya selama bertahun2 tiba2 di batalkan krn alasan ga jelas. if you work hard for it and it’s failed for no reason it’s hurt. jadinya gw mangkir latihan soalnya gua ga liat ada sesuatu alasan yg mendorong gw untuk latian lg.

hari senin kemaren sensei nelp gw tapi karena waktu itu gua lg latihan BJJ jadi ngga dijawab, baru nyadar ada yg nelp pas malemnya nyampe rumah. gw langsung nelp balik dan kt janji untuk ketemu besok hari selasa dan pas ketemu sensei jelasin semuanya. terus terang gw kaget krn pembatalannya berbau politik dan orang yg bertanggung jawab akan itu ternyata orang2 yg gua kira bagian dr kita.
